QCC Hospitality Supplies, a Brisbane-based wholesale hospitality distributor, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead and develop the Customer Service Department while maintaining high service levels.
You will oversee daily operations and collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Key Accounts to ensure efficient, consistent and skilled service.
The role remains hands-on, focusing on team development and process improvement.
