Liverpool Catholic Club is preparing to launch an exciting new Asian fusion restaurant, and we're looking for passionate Mixologists to join our team in part-time and casual positions.

About the Role
As a Mixologist, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service to our guests.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard
Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in presentation and quality
Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable menu suggestions
Assist with cocktail preparation, bar setup, and stock replenishment
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
Work closely with front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service




Assist with opening and closing procedures
Uphold responsible service practices and workplace standards
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about cocktails, mixology, and hospitality
Experienced in cocktail preparation and bar service
Confident engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences
Calm, productive, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
RSA certification is essential.
Previous cocktail or bartending experience is highly regarded.
