Key responsibilities
Oversee the coordination and execution of Hebel panel installation on-site
Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations and company quality standards
Manage daily site operations, material deliveries, and workflow scheduling
Proactively resolve site issues and provide technical support to the team
Report project progress to the Project Manager and assist with on-site documentation
About you
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Hebel or similar wall systems
Robust understanding of residential construction and building codes




Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Current White Card and valid driver's licence are essential
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Own transport and basic tools (vehicle allowance available)
