Circuitwise Electronics
New South Wales
Job Description
At Circuitwise Electronics, we manufacture electronics for customers in MedTech, Aerospace and Defence.
For more than 35 years, we've earned their trust through careful work, honest relationships and a shared commitment to getting things right.
The products we manufacture change lives.
There's plenty happening at our Norwest Business Park head office.
New clients bring fresh ideas, and their projects give us a close look at remarkable technology.
We're investing in our people and equipment while Circuitwise Group grows through acquisitions across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll have the support of a broader group and the familiarity of a close local team.
We pitch in for each other here.
Engineers, production teams and account managers work together to solve problems and deliver for customers.
We're proud of the people beside us, the customers who trust us and the products we help bring to market.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager who enjoys working with engineers and manufacturers.
You'll turn complex customer needs into practical solutions and build strong, lasting relationships that work for both the customer and Circuitwise.
You're curious about how things work, and your technical background helps you get into the detail.
You also know when to make a decision and keep things moving.
You connect easily with people, ask good questions and build the kind of trust that makes difficult conversations easier.
You feel at home in a lively, open-plan workplace.
People talk across desks, pull others into a problem and work out the answer together.
You're happy to ask for help, quick to offer it and generous with what you know.
When a customer brings us a complex challenge, you enjoy bringing the right people together to find a practical answer.
You also notice where a process could work better and take the initiative to improve it.
As our Technical Account Manager, you'll own key customer relationships.
You'll be their main commercial and technical contact,
from the first conversation through to ongoing production.
Working closely with engineering, production, quality and procurement, you'll support existing products and new product introductions (NPI), manage account performance and keep customers informed.
This is a hands-on role where your judgment matters.
You'll help shape customer outcomes, improve how we work together and spot opportunities for the business to grow.
