About the role:
Manage case portfolios – Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Conduct assessments – Perform face‐to‐face and remote evaluations to guide tailored intervention plans.
Promote wellness – Deliver wellness programs, pre‐employment assessments, and single‐service solutions.
Case conferencing – Attend client meetings and case conferences to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues – Work on joint files, sharing expertise to support client progress.
Lead larger projects – Get involved in injury prevention strategies, job dictionaries, and other high‐impact initiatives.

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists & Rehabilitation Counsellor
12 + months experience in occupational rehab and Same Employer space is preferred
Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
