The firm covers property, commercial, family and estates work for local business owners and private clients, and has built its reputation on direct, practical advice rather than a corporate front.The roleYou'll run a commercial property and business transactions file load as an Associate, with the autonomy to manage matters end to end and direct client contact from day one.
Work includes:Commercial, industrial and retail sales and acquisitionsRetail and commercial leasing, including negotiation, drafting and renewalsBusiness sales and purchases, structuring and related agreementsDevelopment and off-the-plan matters, plus complex residential conveyancingDue diligence,



contract review and settlement managementSupervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staffAbout you4+ years' post-admission experience in commercial property, with leasing and transactional depthAdmitted to practice in Queensland (or eligible for admission) with a current practising certificateComfortable holding your own files and dealing directly with clients, agents and other sidePractical and commercial in your advice, and steady when settlements get tightInterest in helping build out the property offering across the firm's officesWhat's on offerWork from whichever of the five offices suits you — Toowong, Albany Creek, Noosa, Gold Coast or Russell IslandGenuine flexibility on hours and hybrid arrangementsAssociate title with a explicit path to Senior AssociateA small, close team where your work is visible and your input countsSalary negotiable based on experienceApplyApplications are confidential.
