As Gaming Manager you will take ownership of gaming operations within venue, working closely with the Venue Manager to deliver strong commercial results, excellent guest experiences and consistently high compliance standards.

About the role
As Gaming Manager,
you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the gaming room at your venue.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading daily gaming operations and maintaining a strong floor presence
Driving gaming revenue, performance and agreed KPIs
Reviewing results and identifying opportunities to improve performance
Supporting gaming promotions and customer engagement initiatives
Ensuring compliance with Queensland gaming legislation and responsible gambling requirements
Maintaining harm-minimisation and self-exclusion proceduresism>
