This role will see you working across a portfolio of commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, critical infrastructure, industrial sites, and other complex customer environments.
You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, optimising, and supporting Building Management Systems that play a critical role in our customers' operations.
You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while being backed by one of the strongest technical support networks in the industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systemsDeliver small/medium projects Diagnose and resolve system, network and communication faultsDeliver preventive maintenance and reactive service activitiesOptimise system performance and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport minor upgrades, retrofits and enhancement projectsCommission and validate control system modificationsDevelop trusted customer relationships through exceptional technical serviceAdhere to all safety, quality and compliance requirements What We're Looking ForWe're interested in hearing from technicians who have experience working within Building Automation, Building Controls, HVAC Controls, Electrical Controls,



or related industries.
Ideally You Will HaveMinimum 3 years' experience in Building Management Systems or Building AutomationExperience with BMS platforms such as Metasys, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, Schneider EcoStruxure or similar systemsStrong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical servicesElectrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (or equivalent)Experience with IP networking, communications protocols, and system integrationStrong troubleshooting and fault-finding skillsExcellent customer engagement and communication skillsCommitment to safety and continuous improvementCurrent Australian Driver's Licence Build a Long-Term Career with Johnson ControlsMany of our leaders, engineers, and technical specialists started their careers in field service.
