Synergie Australia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our valued client in Altona North, VIC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a rapid-paced transport environment.
The important parts:
Pay:$40- $45 per hour + Super
Hours:Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Employment Type: Casual with the potential to become permanent
Start Date: ASAP
What you will be required to do:
You will play a key role supporting transport operations and ensuring driver compliance requirements are met.
Complete driver sign-off and compliance administration tasks
Review and maintain driver documentation and records
Ensure compliance information is accurate and up to date
Assist with transport-related administrative duties
Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases




Liaise with drivers and internal stakeholders as required
Support day-to-day operational and compliance processes
Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
To be successful in the role you will:
Have previous administration experience
Possess basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
Have excellent communication skills
Be comfortable working afternoon shifts
Experience within the transport or logistics industry will be highly regarded
Knowledge of Dangerous Goods requirements is advantageous but not essential
