Junior Lifeguard pay rate: $***** per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
Lifeguard pay rate: $***** per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
Campaspe Shire Council is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Lifeguards to join our outdoor pool team for the ******* summer season.
As a Lifeguard, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, enjoyable and welcoming environment for our community.
Whether you're an experienced Lifeguard or currently working towards your qualifications, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Supervise pool patrons and ensure a safe aquatic environment at all times.
Enforce facility rules and promote safe aquatic practices.
Respond effectively to emergencies, rescues, and first aid incidents, and complete incident reporting as required.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility, including change rooms.
Identify and address potential safety hazards to minimise risks to patrons and staff.
Follow established safety procedures, training requirements,



and emergency action plans.
Provide excellent customer service to all facility users.
About You
Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or in the process of obtaining it).
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
A valid Driver's Licence.
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
Satisfactory National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment.
