Job Description
UNITED SUPPORTS GROUP PTY LTD on the Central Coast is seeking motivated Disability Support Workers to join our Community Access and SIL teams.
The role involves hands-on care, helping participants build independence and engage in community activities.
You will provide personal care, meal prep, transport and support to meet individual care plans, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepovers as needed.
