Job Description
NHS Scotland is seeking two Lead Health & Social Care Support Workers (Band 4) to join the Care at Home team serving South Skye and Lochalsh.
Each position is ***** hours per week, with a 4 on/4 off rotation and a robust focus on person-centred care.
