Pacific Motor Group is a multi-franchised dealership on the Sunshine Coast representing Ford, Kia, Geely, X-Peng, Forthing, Lepas, Isuzu UTE, Jaguar, and Land Rover.

About the role
Coordinating and managing vehicle stock control across our brands and dealership locations on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Claiming manufacturer incentives and bonuses
Managing and updating internal systems to ensure data is always current and reliable
Completing all used/new vehicle licensing, registration, transfers, and disposals
Communicating and assisting the sales team with the sales process and administration duties to ensure settlements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Manage control measures to ensure errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved
Facilitate the administrative inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness

The role will require the successful candidate to showcase their exceptional organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience
Established history in a stock controller or similar role is highly desirable
Current Queensland Drivers Licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to high level computer skills (Auto IT Dealer Management System experience is advantageous)
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
Confident and professional phone manner
Accreditation with the Department ofTransport/Registrationexperience is advantageous.
Alternatively, training can be provided.
