North Melbourne office | 3 days in office + 2 days WFH
About the Role
This is more than a traditional management position.
You'll have the chance to fully influence the direction and growth of the Victorian business.
You'll lead and support the team, develop key client relationships, drivebusiness development,



identify new opportunities and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality WorkCover rehabilitation services.
You'll work closely with the Director but will have the autonomy to make decisions, build relationships and develop strategies to grow the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who bringsenergy, commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills.
You'll ideally have:
Over 5 years experience within occupational rehabilitation or workers' compensation space
Strong business development and networking skills
A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Leadership or management experience
A commercial and growth-focused mindset
The confidence and energy to represent the business in the market
An autonomous, entrepreneurial approach
