About the Role:
We are seeking a lawyer experienced in Wills and Estates (minimum of 1 year PAE) to join this reputable team.
Those with more years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a broad range of wills and estates matters from initial consultation to finalisation
Drafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate, and letters of administration
Managing deceased estate administration,



including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
Handling complex estate planning, such as family trust and SMSF succession
Preparing Advance Health Directives and representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in Wills & Estates (1 - 4 years + is ideal)
Capability to manage your own cases independently
Dedication to delivering top-notch client service
Keen attention to detail
A genuine interest in Succession Law.
Flexibility to work remotely 1 - 2 days a week
Work closely with senior members of the team
