Noẽma, Melbourne's newest Mediterranean dining concept from Lucas Collective, invites experienced Senior Section Waitstaff to join from day one as we open in spring ****.
You will help shape guest experiences in a premium venue with a theatre kitchen and live service rhythm.
We seek immaculate presentation, exceptional communication and a can‐do attitude.
Rotating roster including openings and closings, weekends and public holidays, RSA certificate required, and a passion for guest excellence.
