Over the two-year program, the successful candidate will have the prospect to complete both aCertificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality,while gaining practical experience across key areas of club operations, including:
Food and beverage service
Reception
Catering operations
Golf operations
Customer service
General club operations

Apprentice Chef

The successful candidate will complete aCertificate III in Commercial Cookerywhile learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced and supportive kitchen environment.
The apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in:
Food preparation
Cooking techniques
Menu execution
Food safety
Stock control
Service delivery
A variety of kitchen operations throughout the Club
