Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Experience coordinating research, quality improvement, clinical projects or related health service initiatives.
Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of research governance, ethics processes, data management and evidence‐based practice principles.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in research, public health, clinical trials or a related field and/or experience working in rural or geographically dispersed healthcare settings.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving care through research, collaboration and innovation while supporting better outcomes for local communities.
