The Firm:
Our clients are a fun Accounting and Financial Planning firm based in Greenwich.
They service a wide range of SME clients across varying industries.
We provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking.
You must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a financial services firm.
You will be working from our beautiful Greenwich office, overlooking Sydney harbour and beyond, close to public transport options.
We are adaptable with part/time school hours for the right candidate.

You will provide a warm and welcoming experience to all our clients and visitors.
Managing the admin, reception, accounting support and marketing email inbox
Scanning, filing and returning of client documentation




Distribution and following up of invoices
Adding, removing and maintaining client details on our databases
Managing client appointment schedules
Meeting rooms maintenance
Collecting, scanning and distribution of physical mail
Downloading and distributing Centrelink, ASIC and ATO electronic correspondence.
Ordering office and catering supplies
Experience:
Previousreception/administrationand client facingexperience in a public practice accounting firm / financial services
Ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure deliverables are met
Accounting software experience highly regarded
Strong values and ethics consistent with our company values
