The Opportunity
n
We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Sales team. You'll play a crucial role in converting customer enquiries into paid enrolments, building solid relationships and driving revenue growth. This is a permanent full time position based at our Brisbane office, working 38 hours across Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
n

Own allocated customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS, digital) from first contact through to paid enrolment
n
Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate courses and progression pathways
n
Prepare quotes, process payments, and arrange account options in collaboration with our Finance and Enrolments teams
n




Meet and exceed agreed conversion targets while protecting margins through approved pricing authority
n
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot and deliver weekly pipeline and sales reporting
n
Provide prompt responses to new enquiries and maintain clear next actions for all active opportunities
n
Run structured follow-up campaigns for interested customers and reactivate aged leads and alumni opportunities
n
Support employer sales initiatives and multi-student bookings within approved authority
n
Ensure customers receive accurate course advice and a seamless handover to our Enrolments team post-sale
n
Collaborate with Training, Compliance, Marketing, Finance and Administration teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
n

About you
n
n
3+ years of consultative sales, enrolment, customer-conversion or account-management experience
n
Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue or conversion targets in phone-based or multi-channel sales environments
n
Strong CRM discipline; HubSpot experience preferred
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
n
Ability to manage high enquiry volumes while maintaining accuracy, warmth and follow-through
n
Sound commercial judgement, robust organisation, resilience and attention to detail
n
Experience in an RTO, education, trades, electrical, solar, battery or technical sales environment
n
Current driver license (occasional employer visits and events may be required)
n
Work in a fast-growing clean energy sector with genuine market demand and expansion opportunities

Role-specific product, systems and compliance training provided to set you up for success
