The Role
Ready to step off the tools and into a leadership role?
Beaumont Installations is looking for an experienced flooring professional to join our team as an Installation Site Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified installer, leading hand, supervisor, or experienced tradesperson who understands hard flooring installations and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Installation Area Manager,



you'll use your industry expertise to support and coordinate a network of installers, oversee installation projects, maintain quality standards, and ensure outstanding outcomes for customers.
While previous management experience is advantageous, we're equally interested in people with strong flooring knowledge, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering quality workmanship.
What You'll Be Doing
Support and coordinate a network of flooring installers across multiple projects
Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and resolve installation issues
Provide technical guidance and support to installers and customers
Ensure installations are completed to Australian Standards and company expectations
Build strong relationships with builders, site supervisors, construction teams and customers
Assist with scheduling, project coordination and installer allocation
Monitor workmanship, safety, productivity and project performance
Identify and onboard current installers to support business growth
About You
You'll ideally come from a hard flooring installation background and be looking for an opportunity to utilise your trade knowledge in a broader leadership role.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Hands‐on experience installing hard flooring products
Strong knowledge of flooring installation methods, materials and site requirements
A practical understanding of what makes a high‐quality installation
Experience mentoring apprentices, leading hands or other installers is highly regarded
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
A solutions‐focused approach and the confidence to make decisions on site
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using technology, apps and operational systems
