RM/RN (Dual) - Gladstone Hospital - Maternity & Neonatal Nursery
Gladstone Hospital's Maternity and Neonatal Nursery is seeking an experienced Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse (Dual) to join the team on a four-week contract from 7 September to 6 October ****. This is an prospect to work in a busy maternity and neonatal environment, supporting mothers and newborns during critical moments in their care journey. You'll bring your clinical expertise to a dedicated team committed to safe, compassionate practice across the birth suite, ante and post-natal wards, and neonatal nursery.
Four-week contract role across maternity, neonatal nursery, and birth suite settings
Work alongside experienced clinicians in a high-acuity maternity environment
Opportunity to apply advanced neonatal resuscitation skills in a supportive team
Preferred Requirements
Demonstrated maternity nursing or midwifery experience
Current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation certification
Solid experience in ante-natal and post-natal care settings
Proven competence and confidence working in the birth suite
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse
Relevant post-graduate qualifications or certifications in midwifery or neonatal nursing
Current CPR and emergency life support certifications
