QA Build is seeking qualified and reliable Carpenters from New Zealand to join our growing team at the new Cotswold Hills development in Toowoomba, Queensland.

With opportunities across both Residential Construction and Commercial Construction, you'll have the chance to work on luxury lifestyle homes as well as premium resort facilities including clubhouses, wellness centres, pools, cinemas and community spaces.

The Opportunity
n
Join our Cotswold Hills project from the early stages and help deliver high-quality homes and resort facilities. We have opportunities available across both Residential and Commercial projects.
n
Depending on your experience and preference, responsibilities may include:
n
n
Residential framing and carpentry works
n
Hanging and adjusting doors
n
Fit out, finishing and maintenance carpentry
n
Defect rectification and handover works
n
Installation of fixtures including clotheslines and external items
n
Assisting with commercial building and fit-out works
n
Supporting site teams to maintain exceptional quality standards
n
Working closely with Supervisors, Foremen and Project Teams
n
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
n
n
What We're Looking For
n




n
Qualified Carpenter with proven industry experience
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
n
Experience in residential construction, fit-outs and finishing works
n
Reliable, trustworthy and able to work effectively within a team
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Sound understanding of construction industry practices and standards
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Construction Industry White Card
n
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
