Bright Eyes' Blue Mountains Clinic is seeking a passionate and skilledBehaviour Analyst(or Behaviour Analyst in Training) to join our clinic in Katoomba, NSW. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment, delivering high-quality behaviour analytic services to individuals and families across the lifespan.

Our clinic provides a broad range of support, including a specialist branch dedicated to working withneurodivergent clientsand
deliveringintensive
early
interventionandpositive
behaviour support. Depending on your interests and experience, your caseload can include early intervention, school-age children, teens, or adults with disabilities and developmental differences.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Conducting behavioural assessments, including functional behavioural assessments (FBA) and skills-based assessments (experience in PFA/SBT preferred)
n
Developing and overseeing the implementation ofevidence-based, individualised behaviour support plans
n
Delivering direct intervention, parent/caregiver training, and capacity-building supports
n
Supporting clients and stakeholders through coaching, modelling, and collaborative problem-solving
n
Collecting, analysing, and interpreting behavioural data to inform decision-making and track progress
n
Ensuring ethical, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed practice throughout service delivery
n
Contributing to service development, supervision of therapy assistants,



and collaborative multidisciplinary work
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Certification as aBehaviour Analyst with BACB and/orABA Australia, OR actively working towards certification
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
n
Strong skills in behavioural assessment, data analysis, and intervention design
n
Commitment toevidence-based, ethical practice and a neurodiversity-affirming approach
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members
n
Proficiency in electronic record-keeping and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
n
n
Note: Both experienced clinicians and those nearing completion of their
supervision/certification
requirements are encouraged to apply.
