An established real estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their Lane Cove team on a temporary basis.
This is a excellent opportunity for a Property Manager looking for a short-term assignment with a professional and supportive team.
The Role:
Manage a residential property portfolio
Handle day-to-day property management duties
Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage arrears, inspections and lease administration
Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries
Provide general support to the wider property management team
About You:
Previous Property Management experience essential
Strong knowledge of residential property management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
Able to work independently and hit the ground running
Current Certificate of Registration required
