is a nationally recognised business, locally owned and operated, established right here on the
Sunshine Coast, Queensland
. We design and manufacture aluminium awnings and hoods and pioneered the first bracket-less awning system. We are committed to creating building products that are both beautiful and intuitive to use.
We're seeking a disciplined, articulate, and results-driven Marketing Manager (Campaigns) who can lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, build relationships with our creative and media partners, and drive strong digital advertising and SEO performance across a fast-paced, multi-channel calendar.
The role
As the Marketing Manager (Campaigns), you'll be the driving force behind Heka Hoods' marketing campaigns - leading the calendar end-to-end across digital, social, web, print, and events, and advising on how budget and effort are allocated to get the best results.
You'll take ownership of our digital advertising and website SEO performance, using the data to make fast, well-founded recommendations on where to invest for maximum impact.
Working closely with the CEO and National Sales & Marketing Manager (NSMM), you'll bring our brand strategy to life through considered, on-brand campaigns – coordinating our creative, media, print, and event partners.
What You'll Do:




Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, print, and events
Plan our digital advertising spend and website SEO performance, using data to make recommendations and report on results
Brief, and coordinate the delivery from our creative, media, print, and event partners
Drive a fast-moving campaign calendar while protecting brand consistency across every channel

Are degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with experience across digital, social, web, print, and events
