UniLodge Living Group's Studeo Melbourne is seeking an experienced maintenance coordinator to oversee the full builder defect reporting process, assess defects and maintenance needs, and schedule trades across Melbourne properties.

You will liaise with renters, builders, and internal teams, manage emergency call-out registers, and ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards. A valid Driver's Licence and Australian working rights are required.
