We are looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our energetic team as aCustomer Service / Sales Support Officer.

No previous office or administration experience? That's okay. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment and are looking for a change, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
n
Based at our Head Office in Mitcham, your day will involve helping customers and supporting our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their enquiries
n
Entering and processing customer orders
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
Supporting our Sales Team with day-to-day activities
n
Co-ordinating equipment required for medical conferences
n
General administration and office duties as required
n
n
You'll be given full training on our products, systems and processes,



sowe don't expect you to know the medical industry or our systems when you start.

About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:

n
Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people
n
Confident communicating with customers over the phone and by email
n
Reliable, organised and keen to learn
n
Comfortable working as part of a team, as well as independently
n
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
n
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
n
Previous customer service experience is desirable, butoffice or administration experience is not essential
n
Ideally able to start ASAP!
n

You might currently be working inretail, hospitality, customer service or another industryand be ready for a change. Perhaps you're looking for your first opportunity in an office environment or simply want to build a career somewhere with room to grow.
