is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic
Dental Assistant / Receptionist
to join our team for
2–3 days per week
.
This is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to support both our
clinical and reception teams
, making sure our patients receive a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Job Description
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, your role will include a combination of clinical and front-of-house responsibilities, including:
Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointments
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for patients
Cleaning and maintaining clinical areas and equipment
Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Booking and managing patient appointments
Processing payments and assisting with general administration
Supporting the wider team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Building positive relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is
friendly, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with people
.
You don't necessarily need years of dental experience. We're happy to provide training for the right person who has the right attitude and is keen to learn.
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong customer service and communication skills
A warm and approachable personality
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
A professional and positive approach to your work
Dental experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
