Executive Assistant – Chief People & Communications Officer

Supporting Chief People & Communications Officer and senior leaders
n
n
Support the Chief People & Communications Officer and Executive Office in this varied Executive Assistant role, providing high-level administrative and coordination support across the People, Culture & Communications portfolio.
n
Working closely with senior leaders and a range of stakeholders, you will manage complex and confidential matters, coordinate Executive Committees, prepare presentations and papers, and contribute to organisational communications and relationship management.
n
This is a role for an experienced EA who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment, managing competing priorities and using initiative to support senior leaders and improve how the Executive Office operates.

Key Accountabilities
n

Provide high‐level executive support to senior People & Communications leaders
n
Manage complex diaries, meetings, competing priorities and forward planning
n
Coordinate committees, projects, agendas, papers and minutes
n
Prepare presentations, reports and confidential correspondence
n
Support communications, stakeholder engagement and key events
n
Manage administrative tasks, records and databases with accuracy and discretion
n
Build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders
n
Support the Executive Assistant team and identify process improvements
n

About You
n
You're an experienced Executive Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working in a complex environment. You anticipate what's needed, bring sound judgement to competing priorities and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders and committees.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Sound judgement, discretion and a high level of professionalism.

A proactive approach to problem solving and improving processes.
n
The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
