Job Description
Nextt is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for Carrum Downs to provide patient, consistent in-home support to a person with complex needs. You will build trust, monitor wellbeing, and adapt to changing behaviours with calm professionalism.

Requirements include an NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Disability. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are preferred.
