About Your Role
Based at our
Adelaide headquarters
, this is a
12-month fixed-term
opportunity to take ownership of Oliveri's end-to-end supply chain operations, as a
Supply Chain Manager
. You will work closely with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Finance and Planning to keep products moving efficiently and deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.
This is a role where your ability to connect people, information and processes will really matter. You will use data and insights to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, improve supply chain visibility and help balance service, inventory, cost and operational performance. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to influence how we work and contribute to a more resilient and scalable supply chain for Oliveri.

Confidence using data and insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities
Strong relationship-building skills across suppliers, partners and internal teams
Commercial awareness balanced with a genuine focus on customers and service
Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with confidence to challenge how things are done
Skills and Experience Required
Experience across supply chain, logistics, warehousing or distribution, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex environment
Sound knowledge of freight, inventory optimisation and warehouse performance
Experience managing suppliers, carriers, contracts and commercial negotiations
Strong analytical capability, with experience using SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel
Exposure to continuous improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across operational and commercial teams
