We're looking for a
Warehouse Administrator
to join a large, well-established industrial operation in
Eagle Farm
.
This isn't your typical office-based admin role. You'll work closely with the warehouse and outbound team, helping keep freight, paperwork and day-to-day dispatch activities running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
Data entry and maintaining accurate warehouse records
Booking freight and coordinating outgoing deliveries
Creating packing lists and dispatch documentation
Sending emails and communicating with internal teams and transport providers
Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team
What we're looking for
Solid computer skills and confidence with data entry




Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Clear written and verbal communication
Previous warehouse, logistics, transport or administration experience highly regarded
Forklift licence preferred, but not essential for the right person
