This role ensures outstanding design outcomes, seamless project delivery, exceptional client experiences and strong commercial results for the business.
n
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
n
You will be required to (but not limited to) the following duties:
n

Client Consultation & Project Managementn
n
Meet with clients to understand their brief, lifestyle requirements, aesthetic preferences and budget.
n
Build strong client relationships through explicit, professional and proactive communication.
n
Guide clients through the furniture curation process from concept to completion.
n
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout all project stages.
n
Obtain positive client feedback and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
n
Convert approved concepts into confirmed furniture purchases and project outcomes
n
n
Furniture Curation & Designn
n
Curate furniture, lighting, artwork, rugs and accessories tailored to each client's brief.
n
Develop mood boards and concept presentations for client review and approval.
n
Research and source products from local and international suppliers.
n
Stay informed on emerging interior design trends, furniture innovations and industry developments.
n
Forecast design trends and proactively introduce new ideas to projects.
n
n
Floor Planningn
n
Measure and accurately place furniture selections within floor plans.
n
Ensure furniture layouts are functional,



proportionate and suitable for each space.
n
Review dimensions, clearances and specifications to ensure all selections fit correctly within the home.
n
Prepare furniture schedules using Twostyle's programs and supporting project documentation.
n
n
Supplier Managementn
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
n
Attend supplier presentations, showroom launches and industry events.
n
Source quotations, lead times and product information.
n
Negotiate and coordinate orders with suppliers.
n
n
Procurement & Delivery Coordinationn
n
Process furniture orders and manage procurement timelines.
n
Coordinate deliveries, freight and installation schedules.
n
Track orders and proactively communicate updates to clients.
n
Resolve supplier issues, delivery delays, damages and product faults.
n
Manage warranty claims and replacement processes where required.
n
n
Installation & Stylingn
n
Attend installation days and oversee furniture deliveries.
n
Style completed homes to Twostyle standards.
n
Ensure all furniture, artwork and accessories are correctly positioned and presented.
n




Conduct final quality checks prior to project completion.
n
n
Office & Showroom Managementn
n
Maintain organisation of samples, finishes and supplier materials.
n
Manage and present the showroom to a high standard.
n
Coordinate incoming sample deliveries and supplier resources.
n
Support general office administration as required.
n
n
n

Deliver projects on time and within client budgets

Maintain exceptional client communication throughout all projects

Achieve positive client feedback and testimonials

Accurately manage procurement and delivery processes

Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of Twostyle

Commercial Performance
n
n
Successfully convert furniture curation concepts into confirmed client orders.
n
Achieve monthly and quarterly furniture procurement revenue targets.
n
Maximise project profitability while maintaining Twostyle's design standards.
n
Identify opportunities to increase project value through thoughtful furniture and styling recommendations.
n
Contribute to the growth of Twostyle's furniture curation division.
n
n
