Key Duties
Review and assess students at the beginning of each program
Provide a flexible program that caters for individual students
Deliver learning programs thatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge of how students learn




Evaluate personal teaching and learning programs including feedback from students and assessment data to inform planning
Modelhigh expectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroom culture
Provide reports within school standards and timelines
Embrace a culture of collaboration to enhance student learning
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
Skills and Experience
Experience teaching VCE Accounting Units 1-2 is essential. Versatility to teach another VCE commerce subject and middle school commerce will be an advantage.
Ability to connect positively with students and show genuine care for their learning
Demonstratedcommitment toongoingprofessional development
Hold a current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications
