Community Solutions is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator in Hervey Bay, QLD. The role focuses on coordinating supports, maximizing NDIS plans, and addressing barriers to independence for participants.

You will build strong relationships with participants, families and providers while managing budgets and service agreements. The ideal candidate has experience with the NDIS, billing targets, and solid administration/IT skills, especially Excel, with a people-oriented approach and disability
