We are looking for a

Worker to join our Innisfail Depot. This is a permanent day shift opportunity within our box erecting operation, ideal for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys practical work, and is keen to learn new skills.

About the Role
n
As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our depot operations by:
n
n
Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks
n
Setting up and operating box erecting equipment
n
Performing basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
n
Monitoring production quality and output
n
Maintaining a clean and secure work environment
n
Supporting team members to meet customer delivery requirements
n
Learning new skills and growing your technical knowledge
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will:

Be mechanically minded and enjoy working with equipment and machinery
n
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
n
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
Be eager to learn machine setup and troubleshooting skills
n
Have good communication skills
n
Enjoy working as part of a small, close-knit team
n
Be reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
n
Hold a current forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
