Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading and motivating landscape construction teams onsite
n
Coordinating daily site activities, materials and subcontractors
n
Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
n




Maintaining high standards of workmanship across soft and hard landscaping
n
Liaising with clients, suppliers and project managers
n
Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and effectively
n
Managing project costs and site productivity
n
Completing site documentation using job management software
n
n
About You
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Cert III in Landscape Construction
n
Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman or leading Residential landscape construction crews
n
Robust knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping
n
Excellent communication and people management skills
n
Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
Experience managing project costs and site resources
n
Ability to prioritise work and make sound decisions under pressure
n
Experience using landscape or construction job management software (highly regarded)
n
Current driver's licence
n
Ability to pass a National Police Check (required)
n
