The Job
n
We're looking for a Sign Shop Production Operator to join our busy Carrington production team.
n
This is a hands‐on production floor role where you'll help turn raw materials, vinyl and printed graphics into finished signage and safety products ready to go out into the real world.
n

Manufacturing vinyl and metal signage and safety products
n
Operating laminator and other sign‐making equipment
n
Assembling and finishing signage
n
Preparing materials ready for production
n
Reading job sheets and following production instructions
n
Checking sizes, materials and job specifications
n
Quality checking your work before it leaves the floor
n
Packing and preparing completed jobs
n
Working with the production team to keep jobs moving
n
Keeping your work area clean, organised and protected
n

You don't need to know everything on Day One
n
Signage experience would be great, but we're also interested in people who have worked in production, manufacturing, printing or machine operation - or practical people who are simply good with their hands and keen to learn.
