Job Description
Ability to operate forklift in warehouse, coolroom, packing facility
n
Operating controls to align forklifts and raise and lower forks to stack and unstack items onto Transport
n
Operating forklifts which run on rails or use electronic guidance systems to control movements in narrow aisles
n
Good management skills to ensure goods are stored correctly to ensure orders can be made up efficiently
n
Forklift maintenance knowledge to identify wear and repairs
n
OHS knowledge to ensure safety of operating forklift within facility
n
Applicant must have previous experience of Forklift use within warehouse/factory setting
