A unique full-time opportunity to join the team in a leadership role of Club Supervisor at Wangi Workers, an absolute waterfront venue located on the western shores of Lake Macquarie NSW. The Club has over **** members, 65 gaming machines and has recently undergone staged refurbishments to upgrade sports lounge, gaming floor, auditorium and commercial kitchen. The Club is financially sound with a diversified business portfolio including a 62-unit relocatable home village, waterfront café and waterfront retirement village with 49 independent living villas.
Key responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of a busy hospitality business
Conduct raffles, promotions and events
Handle cash handling systems and procedures
Support team in delivering exceptional customer service
About you
Experience supervising daily operations of a busy hospitality business or at least 3 years' experience in a customer service role
Hold RSA, RCG, ARCG, TAB and Keno certifications
Familiar with gaming machine operations




Be willing to undergo a National Police Check
Customer service focussed and friendly approachable persona
Strong leadership skills and willing to be hands on
Sound understanding of cash handling systems and procedures
