We are seeking a Safety & Compliance Officer to join our team at the Curragh Complex in Blackwater on a Fixed Term Contract until February ****.
n
What You'll Do
n
Your role will be interesting and varied and will include:
n
n
Coordinate compliance registers, statutory reporting and compliance obligations.
n
Monitor adherence to our Safety and Health Management System and relevant legislative requirements.
n
Maintain compliance calendars and track actions through to completion.
n
Support internal and external assurance and audit activities.
n
Track audit findings, corrective actions and supporting evidence.
n
Maintain accurate information across safety systems including First Priority, the RSHQ Portal and Damstra.
n
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and regulatory reporting.
n
Identify trends and gaps in compliance performance.
n
Maintain controlled documents, procedures and forms associated with safety and compliance.
n
Work closely with site HST teams to support consistent and accurate compliance reporting.
n
Support ongoing improvements to safety governance processes and initiatives.
n

What You'll Bring
n
You'll be organised, detail focused and comfortable working across multiple systems, stakeholders and compliance requirements.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in administration, document control, safety systems or compliance.
n
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing records, reporting and documentation.
n
Experience using SAP and SuccessFactors.
n
Experience with SharePoint.
n
Power BI experience would be advantageous.
n
The ability to build effective working relationships across site and corporate teams.
n
