We are seeking an enthusiastic and polished Casual Client Advisor to support our Bourke Street Concession, David Jones. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Casual or those passionate about luxury retail who are looking to gain further experience with a globally recognised fashion house.

The Opportunity:

As a Casual Client Advisor, you will support our Bourke Street Concession, David Jones by:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable brand experiences




n
Supporting sales targets through product knowledge and client engagement
n
Using CRM and POS systems to support an elevated customer journey
n
n
About You:
n
You are enthusiastic, reliable and confident in a client facing environment. You bring:
n
n
Strong face to face communication skills
n
A warm and engaging approach with customers
n
A proven ability to meet performance expectations
n
Experience with CRM and POS systems
n
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
n
A proactive, organised and results driven mindset
n
Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience required for this casual position
