We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Technical Support Officer who will possess the following experience:

Proven experience in a Service
Deskenvironmentresolving
level 1 & 2 issues
n
Deployment of laptops - reimaging.
n
Working in a large enterprise setting supporting customers over the phone
n
Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
n
A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;
