We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Administrator to join our Project Team, to support our growing new store development. You will play a key role in managing and keeping our projects on track with your coordination and administrative skills.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, you will provide hands on coordination and administrative support to develop new sushi store sites and to facilitate state shows/events for the business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Projects
n
n
Support Project Coordinator with current company registrations, bank account opening, insurance, lodgement and fee payments across multiple projects.
n
Assist with project tendering, budget and expense reconciliations.
n
Liaise with landlords, shopfitters, councils, governmental bodies, etc.
n
n
Events/Shows
n
n
Liaise with store staff, contractors, suppliers, event/show host, councils, etc.
n
Coordinate set-up of shows/events with store staff, contractors, technicians, event host, etc.
n
n
Legal administration
n
n
Assist with filing and record keeping of legal documents.
n
Track renewals of lease contracts, franchise agreements and other legal documents.
n
Assist with application, renewal and return of bank guarantees.
n
n
About You
n
n
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
n
Well-organised, with strong time management skills.
n
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
n
Confident communicator with good written and verbal English.
n
Speaking Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
n
Must hold valid Australian work rights for this position.
n

Skills & Qualifications
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Administration, or a related field.
n
Minimum 12 months full‐time work experience in project administration or coordination.
n
Experience in retail fit‐out project administration will be an advantage.
n
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
n
