We are seeking a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Sales / Receptionist to join our busy Tyrepower and mechanical workshop. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the automotive industry and wants to develop their customer service and sales skills in a hands-on workshop environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with tyre and automotive enquiries while supporting the day-to-day operation of the workshop.
Key responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
Book vehicles in for tyres, servicing, repairs and mechanical work
Provide customers with information and quotes for tyres and automotive services
Assist with tyre and automotive sales
Process invoices, payments and customer bookings
Coordinate customer vehicles with mechanics and workshop staff
Contact customers regarding vehicle updates, completed work and recommendations




Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Assist with general reception and administrative duties
About you
Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
Confident answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
Sales-focused with a genuine interest in helping customers
A solid communicator and team player
Willing to learn about tyres, mechanical services and automotive products
Able to work independently while also supporting the workshop team
Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, automotive or administration is desirable but not essential
