Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers
in Geelong, including opportunities at
Eureka Hotel

We're after hands-on leaders who enjoy being on the floor, supporting their team and making sure guests have a great experience. Whether you're already managing shifts or you're a strong supervisor ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do n
n
Lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
n
Coach the team and keep service running smoothly when it gets busy.
n
Handle guest and team issues with confidence and valuable judgement.
n
Support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe,



welcoming and well-run venue.
n
What you'll bring n
n
Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
n
A calm, practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
n
A current Victorian RSA.
n
Availability to work a hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
n
n
