About the Role
n
As a Civil WorksOperator, you'll be a vital part of our team – working together to deliver safe, high-quality civil and environmental works across the community. You'll operate and maintain a range of plant and equipment, undertake physical labouring activities, implement traffic control measures and contribute to projects that enhance the local area and community outcomes.
n




We're looking for team players who are a great fit and who are eager to learn and contribute. You'll receive the training and support you need to safely operate equipment while developing your skills as part of a supportive crew.

You'll work under the Local Government (State) Award, with opportunities to grow your career while making a real difference in the community

What We're Looking For
n

Must have a driver licence (MR licence is desirable)
n
Must have a SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
A outstanding attitude and strong work ethic
n
Willingness to learn and get stuck in
n
A reliable and dependable team player who takes pride in completing every task with integrity and efficiency
n
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
n
Brings a positive, proactive, and community-focused attitude to each task
n
