Building Surveying Manager
Everest Recruitment is seeking two Building Surveying Managers for permanent positions with a local authority in Ipswich. You will lead a surveying team and manage housing repairs, planned maintenance and major capital improvement programmes.
Duties include project delivery, budgets, procurement, contractor management, compliance and service improvement.
Salary: £48,738–£50,908. Hybrid working, with an expected two days per week at Layard House.
