Proven experience in a Service Deskenvironmentresolving level 1 & 2 issues
Deployment of laptops - reimaging.
Working in a large enterprise workplace supporting customers over the phone
Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;
